We are so grateful for our dance families, especially this year.

Every Sunday night, I send out a weekly dance studio update to all of our enrolled families.

These emails include important updates and announcements that have occurred over the week during our dance classes, as well as a Covid symptoms check-list, and I always finish with my Final Thoughts.  My plan is that I will put certain aspects of these emails, plus my final thoughts, into a weekly blog post.  I hope that hearing more about the ins and outs of our dance lessons and our dance studio in general will help other families feel more comfortable to enroll in our wonderful dance classes.  It’s not too late to become a part of our amazing All That Jazz Dance Studio family!

This was the first in our series of Meet the Team!  I had a blast interviewing Miss Ellen and posting pictures of her as a child and with her own adult children on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram).  Enjoy the recording of our interview here.  (Passcode is 8Vp#4srS) And, keep an eye out for future staff interviews!

Final Thoughts, excerpt from my email on 9/27/20:

“I know I risk sounding like a broken record (remember those?!), but I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am that that you are a part of our dance family this year. It is a tough time for all of us who own small businesses. My studio is not exempt from these struggles… But, this makes me even more appreciative of all of you! Your support, both written in emails and verbally in-person, always warms my heart and lifts all of our spirits.

We mean it when we say that we are more than a dance studio, we are a dance family. I heard from this special group of 8th-9th graders that they got together in one of their backyards on Friday night and watched old recital DVDs on their outdoor movie screen!

And, now, you are an important part of our family, too. Welcome to the fold!”
